Job Title: Aluminum Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate aluminum projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum systems, project management, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate aluminum projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client requirements

- Work with various aluminum systems, including profile systems like Schüco, Reynaers, and Technal

- Manage glass handling, including laminated, tempered, and double-glazed glass

- Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, and Excel

- Review shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals, coordinating approvals as needed

- Track production and delivery timelines, reporting on progress

- Handle changes from clients or consultants, adapting production and installation plans accordingly

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum project coordination.

- Confident proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Primavera.

- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass handling, and project management tools

- Experience with thermal brake systems, customized profiles, and jumbo glass panels is a plus

- Familiarity with glass optimization, cutting plans, and aluminum profile nesting systems

- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients and stakeholders

- Responsibility, accuracy, ability to multitask.
