Aluminum Fabricators

The Aluminum Fabricator will be responsible for the cutting, assembling, welding, and installation of aluminum components for a variety of construction and manufacturing projects. This hands-on role requires precision, experience with fabrication tools, and an understanding of technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will work in a workshop or onsite environment, adhering to UAE safety standards and production timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.

• Cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminum materials using saws, shears, and other fabrication tools.

• Operating welding machines and joining aluminum parts using TIG or MIG welding techniques.

• Performing grinding, polishing, and finishing of fabricated parts for aesthetic and functional quality.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.

• Installing aluminum structures onsite, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and secure fitting.

• Maintaining fabrication tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations as per UAE standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical certification in metal fabrication or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication and welding.

• Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery, hand tools, and welding equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schematics.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Familiarity with UAE labor and safety regulations applicable to construction and fabrication.
