AI Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a forward-thinking and analytical AI Strategy Consultant to advise organizations on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Based in the UAE, the role involves defining AI roadmaps, evaluating use cases, and guiding clients through AI transformation journeys across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives

• Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions such as operations, customer experience, and risk management

• Conduct AI readiness assessments, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops

• Advise on technology stacks, data infrastructure, and responsible AI implementation

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to translate strategy into execution plans

• Monitor global AI trends, policy shifts, and regulatory developments relevant to the region

• Define KPIs, ROI frameworks, and governance models for AI initiatives

• Guide change management efforts and upskilling strategies for AI adoption

• Support RFPs, vendor evaluations, and AI solution partner selection

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite clients and government stakeholders

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus

• 5–8 years of experience in technology consulting, innovation strategy, or enterprise AI advisory

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI

• Experience with digital transformation projects in sectors like government, finance, energy, or healthcare

• Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and regional compliance requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to synthesize technical concepts into strategic insights for non-technical audiences

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable

• Arabic language skills are a plus
