As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of an organization. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files and documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining office supplies, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors entering the office.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
  • Maintain organization of physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Perform data entry and update records as required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
