The Admin cum HR executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing HR support to the organization. This individual will be the point of contact for all HR related inquiries and will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence handling
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Help with onboarding of new hires and coordinate employee training programs
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative and HR roles
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
