Job Description
What We Are Looking For:
• Manage daily tasks and unplanned matters as they occur.
• Ability to manage multiple company accounting entries.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on AR/AP matters.
• Prepare presentation and reports relating to accounting and forecasting.
• Has a good knowledge of preparing reports and tables in excel.
• Strong verbal and written communicator in English.
• Enthusiastic individual looking for growth opportunities.
• Experience using Xero accounting software
Responsibilities:
• Transaction processing in a mnc environment.
• Accounts payable processing, including verification
• Posting Trade Invoices
• Clearing of recharge accounts and proceed with Intercompany reconciliations.
• Scheduling supplier payments and report
• Prepare management accounts and forecasts
• All other ad-hoc accounts processing requirements
• Cash application and bank reconciliation
Requirements
• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree / degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong excel skills are required
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and experience streamlining reporting for more efficient and effective results.
• Knowledge of Project Accounting is essential
• Strong verbal and written English communication
