Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join our team and help us maintain our financial records and ensure compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Develop and monitor accounting controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.

- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.

- Prepare and submit tax returns and maintain compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Conduct audits and communicate results to management.

- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant.

- Proficient with accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Xero.

- Strong knowledge tax regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- CPA or other relevant certification is an asset.
