Account Manager (Research And Insights)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage research projects, and provide valuable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research, data analysis, and client management, ensuring that research findings align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for research projects
• design and execute market research studies, including qualitative and quantitative methods
• analyze data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• prepare and present research reports to clients, ensuring clarity and relevance
• collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field
• proven experience in market research, data analysis, or insights generation
• strong knowledge of research methodologies, survey design, and data interpretation
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Tableau, or Excel
