Job Description

As an Account Manager in the Hospitality industry, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure those needs are met effectively. Your role will involve developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to clients. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the Hospitality sector.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitoring industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Managing client accounts, including preparing and delivering regular progress reports.
  • Leading business development initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to promote services and expand the client base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
