Tenant Retention Specialist

Job Purpose:

·       Ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention by utilizing effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong relationships.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for tenants, your role is to quickly and professionally address their inquiries, issues, and service requests to provide exceptional customer service.

·       Attain and address tenant questions, complaints, and problems to the management team for resolution.

·       In charge of overseeing tenants' needs and relationships.

·       Efficiently respond to leasing inquiries and schedule site visits for interested tenants in a professional manner.

·       Negotiate with potential tenants and finalize deal within budget.

·       Oversee property management duties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management.

·       Ensure properties are maintained in compliance with local regulations and specifications.

·       Prepare Ejari and other legal documents and contracts.

·       Perform other duties as and when assigned
