We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media content strategies,

creating compelling visual and written content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create high-quality, original content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to each platform.
• Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive audience engagement.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of (3) years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your creative work is highly desirable.
