Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Fintech Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:  Sales Generation: Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities through networking, and referrals.  Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.  Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products or services and understand customer needs to present the best solutions.  Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to potential customers.  Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.  Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.  Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.


Requirements:  Proven experience in sales, preferably in “industry, e.g., fintech, retail, software, etc.”.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Skills & Qualifications:  Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Fintech Company  Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.  Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.  Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.  Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker and problem solver to meet customer needs and overcome objections.  Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer needs, with a commitment to providing excellent service.  Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and opportunities effectively.
