As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will assist clients in finding their dream homes, negotiating prices, and completing paperwork for real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale or rental agreements
- Prepare and complete real estate transaction documents
- Market and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and real estate laws
Candidate Requirements
- Valid real estate license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
