Purchasing Manager

We are hiring a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement activities, negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies for our UAE operations. The role drives procurement excellence and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies in line with company goals.

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of materials.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.

• Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs.

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.

• Manage procurement budgets and track key purchasing metrics.

• Resolve supply chain issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

• 5–7 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of UAE sourcing markets and regulatory standards.
