MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer

ONLY 10+YEARS OF UAE EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFER WITH DUBAI MUNICIPALITY CERTIFICATE AND TRAKHEES CARD.

Duties and Responsibilities: As a MEP Engineer your duties will include but are not limited to:

o Develop detailed designs for mechanical (HVAC), electrical (power, lighting, fire alarms), and plumbing systems.

o Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

o Perform calculations for electrical loads, HVAC sizing, and water distribution.

o Incorporate energy-efficient designs to meet sustainability and environmental standards.

o Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure system integration.

o Prepare project budgets and cost estimates for MEP systems.

o Develop project timelines for installation and commissioning phases

Ensure designs and installations meet local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

o Oversee the installation of MEP systems to ensure they are executed according to the design.

o Inspect and test systems to ensure functionality and quality standards.

o Develop and implement maintenance schedules for installed systems.

o Diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.

o Maintain records of designs, changes, and approvals.

o Prepare technical reports and updates for stakeholders.

o Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for planning and visualization.

o Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

o Provide guidance and training to junior engineers or technicians.

o Research and implement new technologies in MEP systems to improve efficiency and performance.
