Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will oversee and grow strategic relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention. The role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and coordinating cross-functional support to deliver consistent value. Operating in a competitive B2B environment in the UAE, the role demands strong relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Developing account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs promptly.

• Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collaborating with internal departments (e.g., sales, support, finance) to deliver service excellence.

• Preparing reports and forecasts related to client performance and engagement.

• Organizing regular client meetings and business reviews.

• Ensuring compliance with UAE commercial laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the UAE market.

• Proven track record of managing large clients and achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
