Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate and support performance evaluation processes and employee development programs.
Ensure payroll accuracy and assist with compensation and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and reports.
Support HR initiatives, such as training programs, health and safety measures, and employee engagement activities.
Stay updated with local labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
