Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and merchant inquiries promptly via email, phone, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants and customers to foster loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle customer concerns with empathy and patience.
