We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be required to address customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will assist with processing orders, updating customer accounts, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure that information is up to date.
  • Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting problems.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.
  • Provide product recommendations and information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Meet established performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
