Customer Engagement Specialist

1. Customer Engagement:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and introduce them to Ascend Esports Academy’s services and offerings. Provide information about ongoing promotions, gaming packages, and special events. Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure a positive and personalized experience.

2. Sales and Promotion:

Promote academy services and packages to maximize enrollment and revenue. Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Maintain a detailed understanding of all academy offerings to confidently address customer inquiries.

3. Cash and Billing Management:

Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling and billing records. Generate invoices and provide detailed receipts to clients. Ensure end-of-day financial reconciliation is accurate and organized.

4. Reception and Front Desk Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a friendly and professional welcome. Address customer inquiries in person, via phone, or through email promptly and courteously. Manage booking systems and schedule appointments efficiently.

5. Operational Support:

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception and workspace. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Report operational challenges or customer feedback to the management team for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and engagement skills with a focus on customer service.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling, billing systems, and financial record-keeping.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest or experience in esports or gaming is a bonus.
