Catering Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in delivering exceptional food and beverage service at various events, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. This role requires teamwork, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and decorations for events.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist in food preparation, plating, and replenishing buffet stations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and event areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations during food handling and serving.
• Support post-event cleanup and pack-down of equipment.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle pressure during busy events.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Preferred:

• Food handling certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with event setups and catering equipment.
