Job Purpose:
New Business Development (100%), 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, direct marketing, and leveraging professional contacts. Effectively pitch and sell the company’s services to prospective clients.

Applicant Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience with a demonstrable track record in business development within the consulting industry across the GCC region. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. A self-starter with the grit and determination to thrive in a fast phased start-up and results-driven environment.

Salary:

While the role offers a low base or fixed gross monthly salary of AED 3,000, we are looking for individuals who are motivated by and drawn to attractive, performance-based incentive structures. The incentive model allows the incumbent to earn up to 5x—or more—of the fixed monthly salary.
