3D Artist

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation, supporting projects across architecture, product visualization, gaming, or marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and environments from concepts or references

• Develop realistic renderings and visualizations for architectural, product, or animated projects

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project leads to interpret briefs and deliver assets

• Optimize models and scenes for real-time and pre-rendered workflows

• Ensure consistency of style and quality across all assets

• Integrate feedback and make iterative improvements to designs

• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones

• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends in 3D and CGI

• Maintain an organized file structure and document workflows

• Support the team with animation or motion graphics when required

• Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions to enhance project outcomes

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist

• Proficient in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush

• Skilled in rendering engines (V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, or Unreal Engine)

• Strong texturing and lighting skills, with attention to realism and detail

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)

• Good understanding of animation, rigging, and real-time rendering (a plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work

• Ability to take feedback constructively and work independently or in a team

• UAE-based or willing to relocate with valid work eligibility
