Job Description: IT Sales Executive

An IT Sales Executive is responsible for selling a company's IT products and services to business clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and document customer interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and customer service.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role preferred
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
