Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficiency in warehouse activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• ensure proper inventory management, tracking stock levels, and minimizing discrepancies
• oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries
• train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies
• conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment for maintenance and compliance
• prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and operational performance

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
• proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
• strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• excellent leadership and team management skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
