Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Urban Designer to join our team and help create vibrant, sustainable, and livable urban environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for urban planning and design, with a strong understanding of spatial layouts, transportation systems, and environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Developing urban design concepts and strategies for projects
- Producing visualizations and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and planners
- Conducting site analysis and research
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in urban design or planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations and land use policies
