Job Description

The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales through outbound calling. This includes contacting potential customers, introducing products or services, answering questions, and closing sales. The representative will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in the company database. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
