Technical Product Manager

Position: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch and maintenance of our products. You will act as a link between our engineering team and other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features for product development.

- Develop detailed product specifications and use cases to guide the engineering team.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and gather their feedback to continuously improve the product.

- Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.

- Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in technology to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.

- Train and support sales and customer service teams on product features and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical/IT environment.

- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.

- Creative problem solver and critical thinker with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
