Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to support our organization's growth and success. Your ability to source, engage, and assess candidates will be key in building a high-performing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Reach out to candidates to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest and qualifications.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with relevant information.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, and potential for success.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate assessments with job requirements.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist in negotiations and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Promote the company's culture, values, and opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record in recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and relationship-building.
  • Analytical mindset to assess candidate qualifications and evaluate skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Effective negotiation skills for compensation discussions and offer management.
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Ethical conduct and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Adaptability to changing recruitment needs and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
