Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and finances between suppliers and customers. Key duties include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data to forecast demand, coordinating logistics activities, and developing relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track product movement throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze data to optimize supply chain processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners to facilitate transportation and distribution of goods.
  • Assist in the resolution of any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in all supply chain activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize supply chain software systems to track shipments, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
