Subcontract Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for subcontract negotiation and signing in accordance with project approved subcontract planning and procurement management system;

2. Optimize subcontracting cost and propose project cost saving mode;

3. Manage the tender planning for the project whole process according to project schedule or material requirement planning;

4. Organize the shortlisting of construction/ engineering/service suppliers, the planning of bidding and procurement and preparation of bidding documents, etc.;

5. Monitor the claim of subcontractors’ deliverables, continuously optimize subcontracting management process and meet company business needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Major in English, law, project management etc.

3. At least 10 years of international project subcontracting management experience, including at least 5 years of overseas project subcontracting management experience in state-owned enterprises/central enterprises of China. Working experience in oil and gas engineering is preferred.

4. To use English as daily working language, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

5. Accept long-term overseas working.

6. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of subcontracts, including bidding before contract signing, daily management after contract signing, such as invoice processing, changes, claims and counter-claims, coordination between departments and subcontractors, daily dispute resolution, etc.

7. Other matters assigned by the leader.
