Job Description
The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals. They conduct market analysis, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities. The Strategy Manager collaborates with senior management and other departments to develop and execute strategies. They should have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to drive change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate industry trends and competitors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and communicate strategic objectives.
- Monitor the implementation of strategies and track performance against goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to teams.
- Stay updated with market changes and recommend adjustments to strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategy development or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
