Staff Nurse - Surgical Clinic

We are hiring a qualified Staff Nurse to join a surgical clinic team in the UAE. This role focuses on providing preoperative and postoperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort while supporting the surgical team with clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide postoperative care.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in recovery.

• Maintain sterile environments and comply with infection control standards.

• Assist physicians during minor surgical procedures and dressings.

• Provide patient education and discharge instructions.

• Document patient progress accurately in medical records.

• Support in emergency care situations as needed.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

• Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for procedures.

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a surgical or outpatient clinical setting.

• Knowledge of surgical protocols and wound care.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinic workflows.
