We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders, speech impediments, and swallowing difficulties. Your duties will include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress towards speech and language goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on evaluation results.
  • Provide therapy and interventions to improve clients' speech and language abilities.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on speech and language disorders, as well as strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and caregivers to coordinate care and support clients' needs.
  • Keep detailed records of treatment sessions, progress reports, and billing information.
  • Stay current on best practices, research, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with professional and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Clinical Fellowship experience under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for various speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
