Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Urologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The role requires expertise in both surgical and non-surgical management of urological conditions, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate diseases, male infertility, and urological cancers.
  • Perform urological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, laparoscopic surgeries, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
  • Conduct consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests such as ultrasound, cystoscopy, and urodynamic studies.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions.
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor patients' progress.
  • Collaborate with other specialists, including nephrologists, oncologists, and general practitioners, for comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on preventive measures, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
  • Stay updated with advancements in urology through continuous medical education and research participation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Board certification in Urology (e.g., FRCS Urology, American Board of Urology, or equivalent).
  • Valid medical license to practice in the country/region of employment.
  • Proven experience as a Specialist Urologist, preferably with expertise in advanced urological procedures.
  • Proficiency in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted urological surgeries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient care and ethical medical practice.
