Specialist Obestetrics And Gynaecology

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Specialist – Obstetrics and Gynaecology to provide high-quality care in women’s reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. Based in the UAE, this role supports a patient-first approach while adhering to the highest medical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to women’s reproductive systems, including menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause

• Manage prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care for expectant mothers

• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, including C-sections, laparoscopies, and hysterectomies

• Provide consultations, examinations, and preventive screenings (e.g., pap smears, breast exams)

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Counsel patients on family planning, contraception, and reproductive health

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in line with UAE health regulations

• Respond to obstetric emergencies and manage high-risk pregnancies

• Participate in CME programs, case reviews, and quality assurance activities

• Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH licensing standards and clinical guidelines

  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD, MS, MRCOG, FRCOG, or equivalent)

• Valid UAE license or eligibility as Specialist – Ob/Gyn

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in obstetrics and gynecology

• Proficiency in performing deliveries and gynecological surgeries

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills

• Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
