Site Supervisor - Construction

The Site Supervisor – Construction will oversee on-site operations and ensure construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with UAE building codes and project specifications. This role acts as a critical link between project managers, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring efficiency and quality on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day construction site operations and workforce.

• Ensuring work is completed as per design, specifications, and timeline.

• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.

• Monitoring site safety and enforcing compliance with HSE regulations.

• Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and plans.

• Preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

• Identifying site issues and providing timely solutions.

• Ensuring tools and materials are used efficiently and securely.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the UAE construction sector.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction safety and regulatory standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
