Job Description
- Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
- Material and manpower planning and management.
- Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
- Should be able to independently handle sites
- Manage day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time
- Work closely with all sub-contractors and other construction professionals
- Liaise and report to the Project Manager
- Co-ordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, within agreed safety, time, cost and quality standards and objectives
- Manage site logistics, deliveries and materials
- Provide regular progress updates and conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors / Project Manager.
- Ensure the site complies with H&S regulations, risk assessments and audits Requirements
- Proven track record with a developer or main contractor
- Ability to read and implement project drawings and identify potential problems
- Experienced in Joinery and Fitout
- Good time keeping and attendance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
