Sewerage Treatment Station Specialist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sewerage Treatment Stations Contracting Engineer to manage the design coordination, installation, and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in STP systems, practical site experience, and a solid understanding of UAE regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning of sewage treatment plants (STP)

• Review and coordinate design drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and authorities for compliance and approvals

• Manage submittals, material approvals, and inspection requests

• Provide technical support for process equipment, piping systems, and electrical integration

• Assist with progress reporting and troubleshooting during execution phase

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, including 5 years in wastewater treatment projects

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in STP or related infrastructure

• Familiar with UAE regulations and authority procedures (e.g., ADM, EAD, DMT)

• Strong understanding of STP processes, MEP integration, and equipment layout

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Strong site supervision, coordination, and communication skills
