Service Engineer (HVAC)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer (HVAC) to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Install, repair and replace HVAC equipment and components such as air handlers, chillers, compressors, and thermostats.

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for potential clients and offer recommendations for suitable HVAC systems.

- Keep track of equipment and inventory, ensuring that all necessary parts and tools are properly stocked and organized.

- Provide on-call and emergency support to clients if required.

- Document all work performed and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company and industry standard procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Service Engineer in the HVAC industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field.

- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

- Experience working with various brands and types of HVAC equipment.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
