The Senior Technical Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery and support of technical solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption within the UAE's dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients post-sale.
Understand customer needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
Manage onboarding, implementation, and continuous support activities.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and risks.
Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
Prepare and present regular performance and system health reports.
Support customer retention through strong relationship management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical account management or solutions engineering.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software deployment.
Proven customer relationship and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
