We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our service offerings through building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to clients. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, collaborating with the technical team to design customized solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. The Senior Service Sales Engineer will also be required to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in service sales. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value of service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to management for review and decision-making.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on latest products and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits and drive service sales.
