Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our Arabic-speaking clients. You will also be involved in product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, be self-motivated, and have a passion for exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the Arabic-speaking market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling of products or services.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales associates, including coaching on effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored for the Arabic-speaking market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service in Arabic, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek to improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic language (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
