Senior React Developer

The Senior React Developer will lead the development of dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable code. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end technologies and stays current with the latest trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced React applications.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with strong attention to detail.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Participate in architectural discussions and propose solutions.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years focused on React.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.

• Solid understanding of React core principles, Redux, and component lifecycle.

• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or other frameworks is a plus.

• Proficient in version control using Git.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
