Senior IT Network and Telecommunication Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Network and Telecommunication Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's network infrastructure and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network technologies, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, as well as experience with VoIP systems and video conferencing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and security of our network environment, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and recommend improvements to optimize performance. The Senior IT Network and Telecommunication Engineer will also lead projects to upgrade our network infrastructure and provide technical expertise to support business initiatives. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant certifications like CCNP or CCIE, is required for this position. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Configure and maintain network security systems, such as VPNs, SIEM, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain voice and data communication systems, including VoIP, teleconferencing, and video conferencing solutions.
• Monitor network performance and analyze data to optimize system efficiency and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network and telecommunication solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in network and telecommunication engineering.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for network and telecommunication emergencies.
• Lead projects to upgrade or expand network and telecommunication infrastructure as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or similar relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and telecommunication systems.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, TCP/IP protocols, and telecommunications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
