Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects. They will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality designs, and delivering projects within deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative designs and extensive experience in graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Creating visual concepts and designs for various projects, such as websites, print materials, and social media
• Leading a team of graphic designers and providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
• Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery
• Reviewing designs for quality and adherence to brand guidelines
• Keeping updated with the latest design trends and technologies
• Ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements
• Retouching and editing images as needed
• Liaising with external vendors and suppliers
• Mentoring and training junior graphic designers

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative designs
• Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
