Senior Finance Executive (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic finance team. This role is critical in managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards

• Collaborate with internal departments to align financial goals with business strategies

• Assist in audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a senior capacity

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
