We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The Senior Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Review and approve project designs, specifications, and construction methods to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including construction supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process effectively and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in construction management, preferably in senior roles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or CCM preferred.
