Senior Associate - Compliance (Arabic Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate in Compliance who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will conduct thorough investigations, audits, and reviews to identify any compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent knowledge of compliance procedures, and exceptional communication skills in Arabic. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with various teams across the organization to implement effective compliance programs and training. Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide compliance guidance and training to staff members.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Investigate and respond to compliance issues, incidents, and breaches in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and findings.
• Participate in compliance meetings, committees, and working groups as required.
• Support the compliance team in conducting due diligence on third-party vendors and business partners.
• Stay abreast of developments in the compliance field, including attending training and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field
• Fluency in Arabic language (reading, writing, speaking)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws in the Middle East region
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
