Senior Administrative Officer

We are an Oil & Gas Engineering company based in UAE and we are looking for a Site Admin Manager who can work with us!

(PREFERABLY CHINESE)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and organize site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.

2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.

3. Handle communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

4. Act as the primary point of contact between the site and external parties, including local authorities and community members.

5. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management.

6. Assist in managing site personnel, including timekeeping, attendance, and performance tracking.

7. Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce project costs without compromising quality.

9. Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability.

10. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
